We’re a global team with over 40 years of experience in international philanthropy.
Our expertise goes beyond theory. We’ve lived and worked across the Global South for much of our lives, building successful education projects from the ground up and partnering directly with local communities.
We’re philanthropists ourselves, with a 24-year track record of global giving. We understand the responsibility that comes with every donation – because we give too.
There’s nothing in it for us beyond helping people. No hidden agendas. No catch. No overheads you need to cover:

What makes our approach different?
We believe even the most disadvantaged communities are sustained because of great people doing good within them – and that lasting development is driven by local leaders. We go to extraordinary lengths to find and support them.
From trekking through war-torn jungles to travelling hours along dirt roads to reach remote villages, we identify communities most in need and partner only with organisations generating under AUD 5 million annually – ensuring funding reaches those who need it most and where it will have the greatest impact.
We remove operational costs so 100% of your funding goes directly to your chosen partners. You also gain access to a trusted portfolio of projects we’ve personally visited, vetted, and funded, cutting through complexity and ensuring transparency.
The scale of global need is vast – and we know we can’t do it alone. That’s why we established the Enable Fund: to pool and compound 100% of our giving in support of the most impactful grassroots partners.

What is the problem you are working to solve?
International giving is more difficult and daunting than it needs to be – we ensure you know where your money is going, that it will get there and that it’s impactful.
We do this so that disadvantaged children and communities around the world have a chance at a better future by creating opportunities through better education, healthcare and social enterprise.
How are you trying to solve this problem?
We do end to end giving.
From establishing trusted networks on both the partner and the funding side, to undertaking detailed due diligence to ongoing compliance and reporting; we connect changemakers across the globe and channel financial support effectively.
How do you measure impact?
Because each project differs in scale, focus, and geography, we individually audit every partner’s monitoring and evaluation framework to ensure it meets best-practice standards. This allows us to effectively track impact and confirm that funding is delivering real, measurable outcomes.
Partners report against these agreed metrics throughout the grant period, providing ongoing accountability and transparency. Depending on the sector, these metrics include:
- Education: literacy and numeracy rates, school attendance records, school completion rates
- Healthcare: clinic attendance, number of visits and surgeries conducted, maternal and birth-related outcomes
- Social enterprise: increases in household income, number of family members attending school, improvements in community living standards.
We also track our collective impact across the portfolio, including the number of people supported – both directly and indirectly – and the distribution of funding across regions and sectors.

How is your Foundation structured?
We are governed by a global Board of Directors, including our Co-Founders.
In Australia, we operate as a PAF and are DGR1 registered. In the United States, we are registered as a 501(c)(3). In the UK and parts of Europe, we work under established local auspice agreements.
This structure enables us to offer tax-deductible giving for donations originating from these regions.
Our Enable Fund is the central vehicle through which 100% of global funding is channelled to project partners across Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
How do you approach due diligence?
