Claire is a human rights lawyer and is currently a Judicial Registrar at the Federal Court of Australia. She holds Degrees in Law and Arts from the University of New South Wales, a Masters of Laws from Columbia University, and is presently undertaking a PhD at the University of Sydney. 



Claire has worked in the human rights field on issues ranging from child refugees to violence against women and has been widely recognised for her work; including being named one of the Australian Financial Review’s ‘100 Women of Influence’.
